This explains the terms and conditions you are agreeing to when you use and/or shop from the sharonscardcrafts web site (hereinafter 'the Web site'). By using the Web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other guidelines or rules applicable to other services that may be posted from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms of conditions you must not use the Web site. If you are uncertain, you can always contact us on the Customer Care number below.

Sharon’s Card Crafts Guarantee
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If you are unsatisfied in any way with any products you have purchased, you can return it to Sharon’s Card Crafts and we will refund your money less postage costs. Products must be returned to Sharon's Card Crafts within 7 days of you receiving the goods unused and in original packaging. You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
If the items returned are not defective you will be responsible for those charges.
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. Then send the package to the address below:

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Some products we provide include a manufacturer’s guarantee. Please refer to the individual product for details regarding this.
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 -5 working days of placing your order if the items are in stock. For items which have to be ordered from the supplier we aim to dispatch within 14 days. Orders under £50 will incur postage and packaging charge of £2.50, for all orders over £50 postage is free. We currently dispatch orders to within the UK ONLY.
Our commitment is to ensure that your experience with Sharon’s Card Crafts is stress-free. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, we need to know to make things right.
